At DRPS learning is systemically aligned to the Victorian curriculum with multiple opportunities to build upon concepts. Broad themes guide learning sequences, allowing students to link new learning whilst extending their knowledge base. Students are encouraged to apply their learning in a variety of ways, asking questions, digging deeper and collaborating. Whole school themes encourage students to be immersed in deep learning through a variety of forums however all learning sequences encourage students to follow their own personal lines of inquiry.
