Self-Discipline

Self-Discipline means thinking about
your words and actions, and then making choices that are right for you and
others.
Things you could do this week are…
· Do something that you might not always feel like doing
For example:
~ Doing
things to the best of your ability and not rushing
~ Keeping your classroom or bedroom clean and tidy
~ Finishing
your homework or chores before playing
~ Brushing your teeth morning and night
~ Exercising ½ an hour each day
~ Eating fruit and vegetables
