Listening

Listening means to hear and understand what others say when they are speaking to you.

Things you could do to become a good listener are…

· Remove all distractions and give the person who is talking 100% of your attention

· Use eye contact and body gestures to show that you are interested in what is being said

· Do not interrupt the person who is speaking

· Be patient and respect what is being said
